Please read the instruction's below before proceeding.

The Summer Enrichment Program is using a new registration system called "Jumbula" that will provide many improvements than the one you might be used to. In this version you are required to create a new family account, if you do not have one. It is recommended to create the account and fill out your family information before registration opens in order to complete class registration as quickly as possible when it opens.

The same account can be used every year.  If you forget your password, the system provides a method to recover your password.

How to Create an Account

 

You will be allowed to submit an application for your child to participate in the Summer Enrichment program during the application period, stated above with a $100 non-refundable fee. You will be allowed and required to pay for the program when your child has been approved.

The Application Process

The application process has several steps.  You must complete all of the steps in order to finalize the application.

NOTE: If you are registering more than one child, it would be need to register them one at a time. Complete the whole process below for one child until you get to the checkout page. then you will have the option to do it again for the next child.  Afterwards, you will be able to pay for both applications at once.

To begin the process, select the green Apply button at bottom of this page.

If you are not logged in, you will be asked to enter the credentials to your family account. Enter the email and password to that account in order to proceed. 

Once you have logged in or if you are already logged in you will be presented with the application screen.

Step 1: Select Tuition Opton

Select Application Fee for the tuition option, then click Continue.

Step 2: Select the Participant

On this screen select the child you are currently registering for. (You may only register for one child at a time)

If your child is not listed, you can click the "A new participant" button to add a child to your family account.

Once you click on your child's name you will be taken to the next step.

Step 3: Participant Information

On this screen you will be presented with the Summer Enrichment Application Form.

You will need:

  • Home Address
  • Parent Information
  • Emergency Contact
  • School/Teacher Information

 

Click Continue once complete. 

Step 4: Refund Policy

Please read the refund policy and check the "I agree" box.

Agreeing to this policy is mandatory and you will not be able to move forward until you do.

Click Continue once complete.

Step 5: Check out

On this screen you will be presented with a cart containing a list of the items/applications and their prices. You may delete an item/application if needed.

If you have a coupon or promo code you may enter it.

Once you are satisfied with the applications you may click the button "Place Order". Afterwards you will be asked to pay for the application(s).

 

If you would like to fill out a second application for a sibling, click the button REGISTER FOR SAME PROGRAM, which will take you back to step 1. Then follow the same instructions for the second child.

To fill out a second application for a sibling, click the button "REGISTER FOR SAME PROGRAM" to go back to step 1 and repeat the process for the second child.

When the order has been placed successfully your child's application will be fully submitted.
